Terms Purchasing and Bookings
Acceptance of Risk Terms
Zen Den Float Pods are safe to use although there are some situations where floating is not permitted.

These situations include:
- You are under 15 years of age
- You have had your hair coloured or a spray tan within a week prior to your float
- You have open wounds, skin ulcers, have recently shaved, have recent tattoos or fresh piercings
- You are badly sunburnt
- Suffer from contagious diseases
- Are suffering from gastroenteritis or diarrhoea, or have suffered from these conditions within 14 days prior to your float
- You suffer from incontinence
It is recommended that you seek medical advice prior to floating if you suffer from any of the following:
- Epilepsy
- Kidney disease
- Extreme low blood pressure
- Serious heart conditions or wear a pacemaker
- Asthma
- Psychosis or severe panic attacks
- Severe skin conditions
- You have a sensitivity to bromine, chlorine, magnesium or sulphate
- Are in the first or third trimester of pregnancy
For safety reasons, you will not be permitted to utilise floatation Pods at Zen Den if you are under the influence or liquor or drugs.
Zen Den offers other equipment and services including Infra -red sauna, Infra-red light therapy pods, Quantum Chakra Mats, brainwave entrainment and massage.
The use of equipment is not permitted if you are suffering from the following:
- You have open wounds, skin ulcers, have recent tattoos or fresh piercings
- You are badly sunburnt
- Suffer from contagious diseases
- Are suffering from gastroenteritis or diarrhoea
It is recommended that you seek medical advice prior to partaking in a session if you suffer from any of the following:
- Epilepsy
- Kidney disease
- Extreme low blood pressure
- Serious heart conditions
- Asthma
- Psychosis or severe panic attacks
- Severe skin conditions
- are pregnant
You agree that you will advise Zen Den staff if any of the above points are relevant to you, prior to commencing any services provided by Zen Den.
You agree that you will not use any services if you are under the influence, or believe you may be under the influence of liquor or drugs.
You agree that you will adhere to Work Health and Safety practices and take reasonable care whilst using services and equipment within Zen Den Floathouse Cafe.

Cancellation Terms
If you are unable to attend a scheduled booked appointment time you will need to reschedule your booking.

This can be completed online through our booking website up until 24 hours prior to your booking time. It is appreciated if you can give us as much notice as possible and reschedule at your earliest convenience. Group bookings for 3 persons or more require 72 hours notice for a refund of deposit.
We do not normally reschedule appointments within 24 hours of a booking. If you have an emergent need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment please call us to discuss the possibility of rescheduling.
If bookings are not rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment then the appointment will not be rescheduled or payment refunded. For Group bookings of 3 persons or more 72 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel. If there is an emergent need to have your booking either refunded or rescheduled at late notice please call us on 07 5444 2723 to discuss.
If you simply do not show up for your appointment then you will forfeit your payment and another appointment will not be rescheduled to replace the missed booking.
Gift voucher / Coupon card Terms
Gift vouchers / Coupon cards are redeemable for 2 years after purchase date and can only be redeemed by the person who the gift card / coupon is in the name of.

When booking your session online, please enter your unique coupon code at checkout for your applicable discount or voucher to be applied.
Purchasing and Booking Terms
Booking and payment for Zen Den Day Spa services are preferred to be made online through our booking website. Payment is required in full at this time.

To book and purchase a single session, multiple services or package deals you will be required to log onto our online website ( www.zendendayspa.com.au ), create an account, select your required booking details and sessions; and follow the instructions for payment.
It is possible to book a session in person at reception at the Zen Den Day Spa if you are unable to go online, email at hello@zendendayspa.com.au or call 0477474869.
Gift vouchers / Coupon cards require a unique coupon code which is entered at checkout.
This unique code will be on the gift voucher or would have been emailed to you upon purchase. The applicable discount will be applied during checkout and the online payment process.

Refund Terms
Zen Den does not provide refunds for prepaid services. Bookings can be cancelled and rescheduled as outlined in the terms above.

Session Time Terms
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booked float or treatment time. This ensures you have time to check in and be prepared for your treatment to commence at your booked time.

If you arrive later, and your treatment is required to commence at a time past your booked time as a result, your session time will be shortened to conclude at the scheduled conclusion time. This is required so the float or treatment room can be cleaned and sanitised prior to the next client. You will assume the cost of the full session and refunds are not provided for lateness of attendance.
